返鄉青年李巖在翻修老宅時，意外發現一面紋路詭異的青銅古鏡，每當夜幕降臨，鏡中映出的竟是村裡剛下葬的亡者。隨著多名村民在深夜離奇失蹤，被古鏡困住的怨靈逐漸甦醒，李巖驚覺自己早已陷入一場精心佈置的獻祭陰謀。為了活命，他必須在鏡中世界的虛幻與現實的殺戮中尋找出口，卻發現這面鏡子竟與自己身世有著血海深仇的關聯。隨著真相層層剝開，所謂的山村詭事，竟是一場跨越幾十年的復仇博弈。
