Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using STMLEX.com ("the Site"), operated by Streamline USA Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Nature of Service — What STMLEX Is and Is Not
STMLEX is a content discovery and curation platform for short dramas. To be completely clear about what STMLEX does and does not do:
Three distinct roles exist in the content chain:
- Original Creators / Uploaders — Third-party YouTube channel operators who produce and publish short drama videos on YouTube. These individuals or entities are the original content owners. STMLEX is not the creator or uploader of any video.
- YouTube (Google LLC) — The platform where these videos are hosted and stored. YouTube provides the infrastructure, serves the video files, manages copyright claims, and enforces content policies. All video files reside exclusively on YouTube's servers.
- STMLEX (Streamline USA Inc.) — We discover, organize, and index these publicly available YouTube videos. We use AI to create cleaner titles, descriptions, tags, and genre categorizations. We then present these organized listings on our Site and embed the YouTube videos using YouTube's standard iframe player. We do not upload, re-upload, download, store, transcode, or redistribute any video content.
What STMLEX actually does:
- Monitors publicly available YouTube channels for new short drama content
- Uses AI to rewrite cluttered video titles and descriptions into clean, organized, searchable format
- Categorizes videos into genres (Romance, Historical, Suspense, etc.)
- Displays video listings with thumbnails, descriptions, and tags
- Embeds the YouTube video player so visitors can watch directly from YouTube
What STMLEX does NOT do:
- We do NOT upload or publish any video to YouTube or any other platform
- We do NOT download, copy, store, or cache any video files on our servers
- We do NOT claim ownership of any video content
- We do NOT have the ability to modify, edit, or control any video on YouTube
- We do NOT have any relationship with or control over the original video creators
When you watch a video on STMLEX, you are watching it directly from YouTube's servers through YouTube's embedded player. Our servers serve only the surrounding webpage — the video stream comes entirely from YouTube.
3. Copyright — Videos Are on YouTube, Not on STMLEX
All video content accessible through STMLEX is hosted on YouTube, uploaded by third-party creators, and subject to YouTube's copyright policies. STMLEX has no role in the creation, uploading, or hosting of any video.
Because we embed rather than host, a natural copyright compliance mechanism exists:
- If a video is removed from YouTube (for any reason, including copyright claims), it automatically and immediately becomes unavailable on our Site — no action required on our part.
- If YouTube restricts a video's embedding permissions, it automatically becomes unwatchable on our Site.
- We have no ability to serve a video that YouTube has taken down.
- We have no ability to restore a video that a creator has deleted.
4. Copyright Concerns — What To Do
If you are a copyright holder and have concerns about a video appearing on our Site, you have two options:
- Contact YouTube directly — Since the video was uploaded to YouTube by a third party and is hosted on YouTube's servers, the proper and most effective channel for copyright claims is YouTube's Copyright Complaint process. Once YouTube removes the video, it will instantly disappear from our Site as well.
- Contact us — You may also email us at contact@stmln.com. We will remove the video listing from our index within 48 hours. Please include: your name, the copyrighted work in question, the URL on our Site, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized agent.
5. DMCA Safe Harbor
STMLEX operates as a service provider under Section 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We do not host user-uploaded content. We index and embed third-party content hosted on YouTube. Our designated agent for DMCA notices: contact@stmln.com.
6. YouTube Terms of Service
By using STMLEX, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. All embedded content is subject to YouTube's terms, policies, and content guidelines.
7. No Warranty
The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Videos may become unavailable at any time due to actions taken by YouTube, content owners, or original uploaders. STMLEX makes no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or copyright status of any video.
8. Limitation of Liability
STMLEX and Streamline USA Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site, including but not limited to any copyright disputes between viewers, content owners, and original uploaders.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
