大婚前夕，阿寧被迫在半山腰的古廟過夜。本以為只是當地祈福的習俗，未曾想廟門落鎖的瞬間，窗外傳來悉悉索索的腳步聲，村裡原本面善的男人們，此刻竟手持利器、眼露貪婪地圍向廟宇。這並非什麼保佑子嗣的聖地，而是為了獻祭新娘而設的魔窟。隨著破舊的廟門被撞開，阿寧必須在這一夜的血腥殺戮中，利用隱藏在佛像下的機關與地形，與這群披著人皮的惡鬼殊死搏鬥。逃，還是死，她別無選擇。
