沈昭昭在一座廢棄百年的戲班內，無視禁令對著一尊詭異的銅鏡按下快門。視頻一經發布瞬間爆火，但隨之而來的卻是詭異的墜飾、鏡中人影的低語，以及她本人逐漸變得陌生的神態。蘇晚翻開外祖父留下的發黃筆記，驚恐發現鏡中封印著一位民國時期的旦角怨靈。戲班傳說“照者換形”，沈昭昭只是這場恐怖獻祭的第一個獵物。隨著月圓之夜逼近，蘇晚與同伴必須在五天內揭開怨靈生前的執念，毀掉這面魔鏡。當沈昭昭的臉開始脫落，露出鏡中那張慘白的戲妝面孔，留給她們的時間已經不多了。
